ICCID Guide
What is an ICCID?
An ICCID uniquely identifies a physical SIM or eSIM profile. It usually contains 19 to 20 digits, although the exact length depends on the carrier. Support may request it when checking, replacing, or transferring a plan.
Privacy and redaction notice
Only share an ICCID through an official support or submission channel. Redact unrelated phone numbers, EIDs, IMEIs, other SIM details, and personal information from screenshots. Do not post a complete ICCID publicly.
