policy Terms of Service and Privacy Notice

MeSIM is the service brand used by this website. Please read these terms and the relevant product information before using the website, creating an account, accessing the API, funding a wallet, or placing an order. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Effective and last updated: June 10, 2026

Security and Redaction Notice

  • eSIM QR codes, LPA installation details, activation codes, vouchers, and verification codes may function as usable credentials. Do not publish, forward, or upload them to public services.
  • Only provide information necessary to resolve your order. Redact unrelated names, addresses, full identity numbers, full payment account details, card information, and unrelated orders from screenshots.
  • Never provide account passwords, one-time email or SMS codes, card PINs or security codes, cryptocurrency private keys, or recovery phrases. MeSIM support does not need this information.
  • If identity verification is legally required by a carrier, submit information only through the carrier's official channel linked from the relevant product instructions.

1. Services and Eligibility

Services may include eSIMs, physical SIM cards, mobile data plans, top-ups and renewals, number maintenance, digital credential delivery, account wallets, referral rewards, and distribution APIs. Available features are those displayed at the time of use.

Coverage, network technology, data allowance, validity, activation, identity requirements, tethering, device compatibility, and carrier restrictions are governed by the product page, order page, and applicable carrier rules. Performance may vary because of location, equipment, congestion, carrier operations, and local policy.

You must have the legal capacity and minimum age required to enter into the transaction where you live. Users who do not meet those requirements may use the service only with a parent or guardian's authorization. The service is not directed to children.

2. Orders, Payment, and Delivery

Before payment, verify the product, quantity, destination, device support, validity, email address, contact information, order amount, and notes. Taxes, exchange differences, or third-party charges not included in the displayed price will be shown before payment where applicable or handled by the relevant provider.

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. MeSIM normally receives only the payment status, transaction reference, and amount summary needed for fulfillment and reconciliation. Do not send full card details or payment account passwords to support.

Digital products may be delivered through order details, email, the account area, or another method stated on the page. Displaying, sending, or recording a QR code, voucher, installation profile, top-up, or renewal result may constitute delivery. Payment does not necessarily start a plan; activation and validity follow the product rules.

For physical products, available destinations, delivery charges, estimated delivery, acceptance, and return arrangements are stated during checkout or in the order. Physical and digital products have different cancellation rules.

3. Cancellation, Refunds, and Support

Digital products may be delivered immediately, copied, redeemed, or become impossible to revoke. To the extent permitted by applicable law, a delivered, activated, topped-up, renewed, or used digital product is generally not refundable merely because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong product, used an incompatible device, or deleted the credential.

If applicable law requires separate consent before immediate digital performance or a specific acknowledgment concerning withdrawal rights, the checkout process and applicable law determine whether those rights end. A failure to obtain legally required consent does not remove statutory rights.

If a product is not delivered, is charged twice, materially differs from the order, or contains a verified defect, MeSIM will assess the order and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, technical support, redelivery, replacement, price adjustment, or refund. Statutory remedies for non-conforming goods or digital content remain available.

Carrier coverage, signal strength, maintenance, third-party rules, device restrictions, and user configuration may affect performance. Contact support promptly with the order number, fault time, and redacted evidence so the issue can be investigated.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original method or another agreed method. Timing, processing fees, blockchain fees, and exchange differences may depend on third-party rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Accounts, Wallets, APIs, and Referral Rewards

Account access may be offered through email, Google, Telegram, or other displayed methods. Keep your credentials and devices secure and report unauthorized access promptly. Where accounts are linked or merged, ownership follows the successfully verified account record.

Website wallet balances are available only for the purchases or settlement uses shown on the website. They are not bank deposits, do not earn interest, and are not savings or investment products. Funding, withdrawable sources, fees, limits, review status, and supported methods are those shown on the wallet page.

Referral commissions, cashback, and other rewards depend on campaign conditions, order status, refunds, chargebacks, and account compliance. Self-referrals, fabricated accounts, circular transactions, abnormal orders, or other abuse do not create valid rewards. Improper rewards may be reversed after review.

API users must protect access tokens and must not expose them in public client code, share them with unauthorized persons, or bypass rate, pricing, inventory, or security controls. eSIM credentials returned by an API must be protected as sensitive fulfillment data. Distributors are responsible for accurate customer disclosures and an appropriate support channel.

5. Acceptable Use and Service Protection

You must not use the service for fraud, stolen payments, money laundering, infringement, evasion of identity or telecom requirements, security attacks, abusive chargebacks, automated abuse, system interference, or violations of carrier or third-party platform rules.

To protect users, payments, and service integrity, MeSIM may apply proportionate verification, processing delays, feature restrictions, delivery holds, or temporary holds on disputed funds. Detection logic, thresholds, and internal review methods are not publicly disclosed because doing so could weaken security controls.

Verified unlawful or serious abuse may result in refusal or termination of service. Necessary records may be retained and provided to payment providers or competent authorities where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

6. Privacy Notice

Information We Process

Depending on the feature used, MeSIM may process account and contact details, orders and products, payment status and transaction summaries, referral and reward records, API usage, support communications and redacted evidence, IP addresses, browser and device data, cookies, login events, and security logs. We do not seek sensitive information unrelated to an order.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Information is used to create and verify accounts, fulfill orders, process payments and refunds, deliver products, provide support, maintain wallets and rewards, prevent fraud, secure the service, meet financial and legal duties, and improve the service where consent or law permits. Where applicable, the legal bases include performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, and consent.

Cookies, Providers, and International Processing

Necessary cookies maintain login, language, shopping, and security states. Basic performance and security monitoring may also be used. Necessary information may be processed by payment providers, carriers or suppliers, email and login providers, Telegram, hosting and content delivery providers, security services, and professional advisers.

Some providers may operate outside your country. Where required, international processing is supported by contracts, authorizations, consent, or another lawful mechanism. Independent third parties apply their own privacy policies when they determine their own processing purposes.

Sale, Retention, and Security

MeSIM does not sell personal information or use it for cross-site behavioral advertising. Information is retained only as needed for fulfillment, support, reconciliation, dispute resolution, security, and legal duties, then deleted, anonymized, or restricted. Retention varies according to the record, order status, payment rules, and applicable law.

Risk-appropriate controls may include access restrictions, encryption, permission separation, logging, backups, and anomaly monitoring. No internet or third-party system is completely secure. Legally required incident notices will be handled under applicable rules.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request information or access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, withdrawal of consent, a portable copy, or review of a privacy concern. Requests are processed after verifying the relationship to the account or order. Records necessary for contracts, disputes, security, or legal compliance may be retained as permitted by law.

You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable privacy right. MeSIM currently does not sell personal information. A material future change would be disclosed before implementation with any legally required choices.

7. Availability, Liability, and Disputes

MeSIM will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but does not control uninterrupted carrier networks, payment systems, email, login providers, or other external systems. Maintenance, emergency security work, force majeure events, and third-party failures may cause delay.

To the extent permitted by law, responsibility is determined by actual direct loss, fault, and reasonable foreseeability. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, fraud, or any liability or mandatory consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Please contact support first with the relevant order number and issue details. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, applicable law, the competent court, or an available consumer dispute body will be determined by the transaction facts and mandatory rules.

8. Changes and Contact

This page may be updated for service, carrier, legal, or security changes. Material changes will be explained through this page, an in-service notice, or another reasonable method. Changes generally apply from the displayed date unless the law requires separate notice or consent.

More specific product, checkout, or campaign disclosures apply together with these terms but do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

For terms, support, or privacy questions, contact MeSIM support or email [email protected]. Do not attach full identity documents, payment passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information to your first message.
